Comparison of EMS training and coached personal training at MZ Fit Club.

Choose EMS when time is limited

EMS is built for clients who want efficient, guided muscle activation. It can be a strong starting point if you are busy, new to EMS, or want to improve how well you connect to the muscles you are training.

Choose personal training for a complete program

Personal training gives Mahnaz a full 60 minutes to build a session around your body. That can include strength work, conditioning, TRX-style movement, mobility, balance, and EMS when it makes sense.

Think about your main goal

If your main goal is to try EMS and understand how it feels, start with EMS. If your main goal is body shaping, strength, endurance, balance, or a full training plan, personal training is usually the stronger fit.

Use the first session to decide

You do not need to choose perfectly before contacting MZ Fit Club. The first session is designed to help Mahnaz recommend the right option after learning your goals and seeing how your body moves.

Common questions

FAQ

Can personal training include EMS?

Yes. Personal training can include EMS when it supports the goal, but it can also include strength, conditioning, TRX-style work, and functional training.

Which option is better for beginners?

Both can work. EMS is simple and short, while personal training gives more time for coaching, movement practice, and a complete plan.
