20-minute EMS suit session
A coached session using electrical muscle stimulation to activate multiple muscle groups at the same time.

Personal Training
60-minute one-on-one coaching
A complete coaching session built around your posture, movement patterns, strength, conditioning, TRX, and goals.
Clients who want a personalized plan, closer form correction, and steady progress in strength, body shaping, balance, and performance.
Better technique, stronger movement quality, a program matched to your body, and more complete progression than a short activation session.
Group Training
45-minute small-group coaching
A structured 3-4 person session combining coached strength, conditioning, and functional movement.
Clients who like shared energy and accountability but still want guidance, correction, and a small-group format.
More motivation, consistency, form coaching, and efficient strength and conditioning at a group pace.
