Questions? Answers

Before Your First EMS Session

Clear answers about what to wear, how EMS sessions work, and what to expect before booking.

What should I wear for EMS training?

For EMS training, a special EMS base layer is required. You can purchase the EMS underwear directly from MZ Fit Club.

Because EMS works by sending electrical impulses to your muscles, not every fabric or material is suitable for training. The EMS underwear is specifically designed to safely and effectively transfer the impulses during your session.

Do you offer a trial session?

Yes. We offer a first trial session so you can experience the training style, ask questions, and see which program fits you best.

How long is an EMS session, and how often should I come?

The EMS workout itself is approximately 20 minutes. Including changing clothes, putting on the EMS suit, setup, and post-session removal, the full appointment usually takes around 30 minutes.

For most clients, we recommend starting with 2 EMS sessions per week. EMS training creates a high level of muscle activation in a short amount of time, so proper recovery is important.

How long does it take to see results?

Many clients begin to notice improvements in muscle activation, posture, energy levels, and body awareness within the first few weeks. Visible body composition changes and strength improvements typically become more noticeable after several consistent sessions combined with proper nutrition and recovery habits.

Because EMS activates deep muscle fibers with very low joint impact, it can be an efficient option for people with busy schedules, joint sensitivity, or those returning to exercise after a long break.

Can EMS support posture, pain, or weight-loss goals?

EMS and corrective exercise-based training may help improve posture, muscle imbalances, core activation, and movement quality. EMS can also be a useful tool for supporting weight-loss goals when combined with proper nutrition and consistency.

Every client is different, and sessions are adapted to your condition and comfort level. EMS training is not a replacement for medical care, so if you have pain, an injury, or a medical condition, please check with your healthcare provider before starting.

Is EMS safe, and do I need fitness experience?

EMS training is safe for many clients when supervised by a certified coach and customized to your body and fitness level. It is a low-impact training method that can help improve muscle activation, strength, posture, and body composition with minimal stress on the joints.

You do not need fitness experience before starting. Sessions are designed for all fitness levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes, and every program is personalized based on your goals, movement quality, and physical condition.

EMS is not suitable for everyone. New clients complete a health questionnaire and EMS consent form before training.

What if I need to cancel, reschedule, or arrive late?

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a missed session and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

If you arrive 10-15 minutes late, that time may be deducted from your session to respect the schedule of other clients. If your coach does not have another client immediately after your session, we will do our best to make up the missed time.
